Questions about your own specific situation cannot be answered. This site publishes general information, and working out what applies to your circumstances needs someone qualified who can actually look at them.

If you looked for something about bookkeeping software for small businesses and could not find it explained plainly anywhere, that is worth sending. It is generally how the next page gets chosen.
